 Illegal mining will not be allowed in any case :-Giving information, Police Spokesperson Nuh said that Mr. Varun Singla IPS, Superintendent of Police, Nuh has issued instructions to District Nuh Police and AVT & Mining staff to take continuous action against illegal mining mafia and mining mafia that illegal mining in Nuh district has not been stopped in any way. Shouldn't be in Surat either. Following these orders and instructions, the District Nuh Police is continuously monitoring the illegal mining on Aravalli hills from the mining department and with drone cameras.

       Giving information, police spokesperson Nuh said that on 04.01.2023, District Nuh mining guard gave a complaint to the police. In which many people in 4 mines in the non-possible hills of Gangani and Sarai do illegal mining work by stealing stones from the hills with tractor trolleys and JCBs in the dark of night. On which application charge number – 07 dated 04.01.2022 Section 379,188,120B IPC, 21(4)(A) Mines and Minerals Act, 1957 has been registered in Thana Sadar Tawdu. In which the local police will find out the accused as soon as possible and the action will be implemented.

Similarly, on 04.01.2023, a tractor driver and commodator and others along with their tractor and trolley were found illegal mining in village Satakpuri by forming a team with Mining Guard, NUH (MG) and District Nuhan Police and AVT and Mining staff while checking Aravalli hill. The stone was found to have been stolen. On being caught by the police, the name of Amir s/o Dinu Mau, resident of Dadola Khurd Police Station Pingawa was disclosed. Against whom case number 03 dated 04.01.2023 has been registered under Section 379,188,186,332,353,307 IPC in Police Station Pingawa. In which the accused was arrested and presented in the honorable court. Action is being taken to seize the tractor and trolley under the Mining Act.
